Onagi wariure karachiel

Its my dream and wish that all luos should unite to act and speak with one voice. Its sad that we only come together only on political unity that quickly disperses right after elections. We should now go beyond politics and up to our homes. Its never too late to unite and we've a good example (Kikuyus) look the way they have united and colonized Kenya! Its real that Kiuks have colonized kenya and we cant blame them for all along we've been just watching and assisting them to do that. My call is for us now to tackle our Economic, Development and Social agendas effectively the way we do with political. Brethren we have the best brains in the region, we have the best manpower and strategically positioned that if properly planned and managed then Onagi can be the Jewel of Africa! We have alot to learn from what it takes is for us to join hands.

 

In this regard i have started identifying Onagi welfare groups in Nairobi whereby i'll hold a workshop early next year 2007 with intention to sell the idea and to form an interim committee which will work towards the formation of movement and recruitment of members. I know its an uphill task but i do believe its not impossible, we should put faith and efforts in our unity and look at how we can help ourselves! Even if our own became the president of this nation without our unity and being focused it will be just useless and meaningless. Lets make it easier for ourselves and our heroes by championing ou own destiny. We dont have to run our dear villages just to be beggars in Kibera, Kariobangi, mathare etc, we should work towards returning back to the villages we ran from. Why be urban heroes yet refugees at our rural areas? Before we count on any other support lets count on ours!

 

I need support on this issue unity is real lets not be cheated that its tribalism, what are you if you cant recognize and help our people? Who is your brother? Please brethren we need ideas to better this vision, we need our scholars to come in, Onagi if you can give the world your brain how about your mother?

 

We are the most suffering kenyans now, AIDS is takin a toll on our people, Poverty is killing our people, Illetracy is creeping in at an alarming rate etc. No wonder or Moses will come to save us if we cant do it ourselves. Please i appeal to all Onagi wherever you are the time has come for us to find one another, the time has come for us to stand up and be counted. Lets talk as time is running out.
