That report is distorted

The report by Leo Odera Omolo that Luos are to fund Raila campaign is a lie and at best works of distortion.
 
  If you read the headings and the body, nowhere do you find Luos being called
to fund Raila campaign.
 
  If you want to give a voluntary contribution, just like I gave Kshs 5000 to the Raila campaign in 1997, then it is a different ball game.
 
  This kind of reporting is meant to raise eyebrows and beats no logic.
 
  Mr Odera, we are supporting Raila's bid not because he is a Luo. Because,
amongst the current lot seeking nomination, Raila has something to prove for it.
Then, secondly, he is our own, just like someone must come from some tribe.
 
  we cannot forsake him at his best hour.
 
  Secondly, this was a Luo affair. How do you expect us to invite strangers into
our housekeeping. By virtue that we all belong to ODM-K, does not mean that we cannot meet as Luo ODM-K, Kamba ODM-K etc.
 
  I hate to hate such kind of journalism. Lets stop loving to spin the knife all
the times. It defeats our cause.
