By throwing unnecessary racial insults at Mr. Wolf, Miguna and co. have just made it diffucult to be taken seriously. I have serious concerns on the validity of the framing of the questions that influence the results of the poll but I am very dissapointed at the response and insults of Miguna and co. It behoves those who hold three degrees to provide more mature discourse, but also to avoid misleading people that three degrees are equivalent to possesing innate wisdom in all things. Ofcourse polling is part of the political science field, which unless other universities offer it in Law school, is a scientific discipline with specific elements that require expertise in. It would be suprising if Mr. Wolf purpoted to have expertise in Kenya's Penal Code, which he has not. It would have been good to have a debate on polling rather than personal attacks that do not touch on the scientific fallacies of polling. But when all is said, Steadman is not a non-profit organization, its a for-profit organization. If more credible social scientists or academic institutions had established Polls, we would avoid these name calling. We have a way of blaming Mzungu for all our problems that unless we get out of this mentality, we will go nowhere. The Mzungu has not prevented University of Nairobi from setting up a Poll. The Mzungu like any enterprenuer recognized a nitch and capitalized on it to make money.
