Tobias, Let us proceed on Principle.

Tobias,

I do not know you to be master of spin. I see you are confusing my encouragement to Mosasi to carry on with demanding for accountability from all leaders as my support for Mr. Kibaki. Me to support Kibaki, are you kidding me? I hope that is not what you mean here. I do not know if Mosaisi supports Kibaki, does he? If does, then it is his right. But I doubt if Kibaki will make it.

I stand for the Principle of expression and free debate, of demanding accountability and exposing the hypocrisy in our conduct. Mosaisi proceeds, I hope on the biblical thing of "remove the log in your eye before you remove the pebble in your brother's eye". Although in Kibaki's case the log is in his eye and the pebble in the others'.

I do not like the guys who stop playing the Ball and Play the player. It has emerged that If I do not like the Mosaisi argument then I suspect him to be a Kibaki mole or a Kibaki supporter. So what? Deal with the issues he raises. Moi used to tell any one who opposed him that he or she was being funded by foreigners.

Now I see people telling Mosaisi that for his critique of Raila, a friend of mine and a man you know I like a lot, then he doing the wrong thing. Let Raila, Kibaki, Musalia, Kalonzo and all these guys be exposed and made accountable for who they are. NO one should be defended and supported without firm ground under their feet. You recall my article in the Sunday Nation January 28, 2007 titled, "We Want a New Kenya not more Parties". The central point was, vet every one before you vote for them and ask them the three questions I suggested. You may wish to make reference.

Raila is the only man in ODM-K presidential race that deserves a hearing. Others have to offer a reason why they should be heard. BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT.

The Point is that we must not be seen to be condemning and attacking those who are critical of your candidate and even begin to doubt their critique and see it for what it is not. For example Tobias didn't Raila in 2003 say in Kericho that Moi must NOT be brought before a Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission to testify for the atrocities he committed under his watch? Now Moi has come to haunt ODM-K. Was his shielding of Moi from justice right? After shielding Moi, How will we bring Kibaki before Justice? And If Kibaki is not going to be brought before justice why will any other President, even if it was Raila, who perpetrates crimes against our people in future be held accountable and how in God's name are we going to end impunity in our country?

Hi Rodgers,

I also get delighted by the tales you spin in this forum. However, I am not as much in love with the same as my friend Orina Namwamu.
