As Kenyans, I don't see how you can tell another Kenyan that Kisii is too far from Lake Kanyaboli. An issue that affects any inch of Kenyan soil affects all of us, collectively.

I hope we all agree on what constitues stake holder, affected group and interested parties.

Where I live in London, only the local community is consulted on projects affecting their area. You must be a rate payer in the Local Borough with interest in the affected Post code, not just some busy body making noise to be paid by NGO's

In that regard, Kisii is too remote to be directly affected by Yala swamp project.
