You are missing the point. Ndungu is qualified alright, but if you look at Kibaki's track record when it comes to plum and senior appointments, you ask yourself, are these qualified people only available from Central Kenya?

I also do not have a problem with Ndungu, but there is Matunda, Ojamong, Kiampati, Some Joho, and other Kenyans who are equally qualified. Why not spread the net?

This is what we call tribalism; a case where you only see qualified people from amongst your tribesmen, and not from among Kenyans in general.

Its as simple as that, brother.
