Sample this; when he dismissed the sacking of Sister Mwatela from Central Bank! He said Ndungu is the only qualified man for the job. Period.

Again, when they altered the airport improvement fee from Kshs 840m to Kshs 10.7b, that that was done procedurally and nothing is the problem.

I am not an economist, maybe Mosaisi can help me here; which economics teaches you to under quote a tender by Kshs 9.9b? Honestly, if they could not get the figures right, just for upgrading our airport, what else are they not getting right.

That is Kibaki and his economics for you.
