Development strategy for Kasipul Kabondo - I am willing

Am very impressed with your idea of intergrating sports with other aspects of development.

I wish to urge you to come up with a strategic plan ,then in conjunction with Oyugis Town Council ,establish a framework to implement the same.

I say that because I know Oyugis Town council will be willing to participate in such a noble program that is geared towards the welfare of its residents.

Kindly note that I am very willing to assist with both ideas and kits or equipment to ensure the success of such a program for the welfare of jo- kasipul kabondo.I am sure there are others like myself who would be willing to chip in.
