Re:Who is to blame-my mum or my aunt?

I will always be thankful to my parents for their enormous sacrifice that contributed to what I am today. During the years of their struggle, I promised them time and again of a day when I will make life some what bearable for them. My father slept in the Lord 10 years ago at the age of 108 years, before I had a chance of doing that which I had planned.

I decided to have my mum come and live with us here in the States for the rest of her life. In this way, I would provide for her comfort and have her take a break from many years of toil. Mama was able to take the offer, of which we were very thankful indeed.

After 9 months living with us, mama demanded to return home and threatened never to return. If anything, mama wanted us to visit her as often as possible.

Mama has a younger sister who has a son in England. When mama returned home, she decided to pay a visit to her only surviving sister. In the course of their interaction, mama told her sister of all the evils of USA as she understood them.

My aunt, has been sick for some time. Her son who resides in England has been trying to have her go for medical check up in England, but my aunt has totally refused. The number one reason and so far the only reason has been " My sister Kerebi, told me that that country is bad, period." As you can imagine my cousin is upset with my mum and by extension with me. Every time I talk with my cousin, he blames my mum for passing the wrong information.

Which leaves me with this question: Who is to blame, my mum or my aunt?

Just a thought.
