What is the purpose of this rhetoric? While I concur with the need for constitutional change to address need for streamlined legal framework for the country to operate within, I cannot make meaning out of this long commentary.

You have dismissed both Kibaki administration's and ODM's abilities to make positive changes that will benefit Kenyans.

What is your solution? Can you articulate who is capable of changing the constitution and how Kenyans can identify who the right person will be?
