Re:Our own enemies

If the observation is correct and things don't change, then we are headed into a wrong and dangerous direction as a people/community.What am I talking about?

Today I would like us to go back to where it all started.Do you recall the day when you first conceived the idea of coming to this country and all the preparation that was put into it? Of the many considerations, three stood out:

1.To search for green pastures.
2.For the children to get better education.
3.To assist needy relatives.

Since arriving at different times,we have all worked hard amidst many daily challenging obstacles. While we may have not found "honey," we have without any doubt enjoyed plenty of "milk."

As days have gone by,things have taken a different turn.We seem to have directed hatred towards ourselves. We have become our own greatest enemies. What do I mean? Consider the following:

1. There has been cases of one spouse killing another due to a lot of unsolved issues.
2. There are spouses reporting their once loved ones.
3.Children are now turning in their parents.
4.Many are now talking about their money, car, children, bank account and what have you.

Friends, there is need to stop and re-evaluate our priorities: Shall we?

Just a thought.
