All that Kibaki needs to do in his final term is to groom a young Kyuk!

Who told you Kibaki's work is to groom leaders?
God ordains leaders - be informed of this. David of Jesse was ordained by God and Samuel simply did the annointing with oil.
Even if he were to groom leaders or annoint them, then why a Kikuyu and not a Njemps or an Ogiek, a Luo or a Giriama. Just globalize your reasoning than localizing it to Mt. Kenya. The scope of your reson is whta has diluted this noble broth.

He should give some few positions to well behaved Luos to make them stop bickering.

Yes we bicker - but for a cause! The cause that has made you to condemn us instead of praising what we did. The Luos are made from the finest material that cannot be corrupted, and cannot simply sit to see an evil growing in a society. The Luos are a peockock of men and women that stand straight and true to duty and right service of Kenya as the needle to the pole. In your definition of behaviour who qualifies to be a well behaved Luo - Can we say those Kikuyus in Kibaki administration were sired of Luo men? or can we say these well behaved Luos are sired of Kiyuyu men? who, then are their mothers?

Raila will end up becoming a pastor - I think he could do a very good job in that area, agree? Yes I personally agree! He is already a pastor, in fact a watchman stand high on the gate pointing the bad governance of Kenyan leaders under Kibaki. He is the voice of trustworthy messenger saying: "Come out, reject bad leadership, denounce corruption, denounce nepotism...... " and thank God you have heed his message so pass it along!
