Is Unitary System working for Kenya?

WAW, those of you who feels that Kenya is working, please listen a minute, I've got something for your ears. Today I dont think I am going to waste time trying to explain the merits or demerits of Majimbo. That one I did tackle here; http://www.jaluo.com/wangwach/200705/William_Oduor052907.html

But let me ask you this; Is Kenya working out well for Joramogi? The greatest failure and on-going failing of the Luo is not Siasa Mbaya, as some would have you believe. Ladies and Gentlemen, I think that the greatest failure of the Luo has been an attempt to make one unitary Kenya work for them. This is a futile task that I dont' see happening!! It will never work and I stand to be corrected on this.

The unitary project started immediately Kenya attained independence. Almost 4 decades, the Luo are still trying to build serikali ya taifa, all to no avail. Joluo, the question today, therefore, is not leading Kenya but why unitary Kenya, and how one Kenya, given 4 decades of on-going failure? To those clamoring to be shown plans to actualize Majimbo, Ie turn the question around: Show me your plans to make Kenya a truly one, truly safe and truly secure and really equitable to all, including those from my Lolwe backyard. And please dont' stop there, tell me how these plans are different, how they will yield a different result from our past and current experience.
