Re:Where do you belong?

When all is said and done,we'll either live to see the second coming of Jesus Christ or we'll go the way of our fore fathers as a result of age, sickness, accident or what have you.

So really the question is not whether or not we'll die, but rather what happens after we close our eyes until the resurrection morning!

Unfortunately, this is one of those situations that we have but only two alternatives. As the Bible clearly states, what happens after death, depends on what decision one had made before his or her departure. If one had not make a connection with His or Her God while a live, then there is nothing that can be done afterward.

If you have a minute, check the following passages of scripture:

Ecclesiastes 9:5; Ezekiel 18:20-23; John 5:28-29; Mathew 6:33.

In my daily interaction with God's children, I have come across four types of people.

1.Those that have chosen Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and are actively involved in growing God's kingdom. To you I say, keep on searching the truth and use every opportunity to tell others what Jesus has done in your life. Read and pray more. Condemn no one. Know for sure that the enemy will use every opportunity to attack and if possible destroy you. So, hang on to the Lord and never let Him go until He has blessed you.

2.Those who are about to give up their faith due to some issues. To you I say, don't let anyone or anything interfere with your faith. Stay away from church politics as they will take no one any where. If you don't like your church for reasons best known to you, then please find another church where you will feel at home. They are everywhere. It's a question of deciding and moving on. Any kind of fighting whether justified or not need to come to an end at some point.

3.Those who used to be very active back home but due to work schedule and many other social issues, they have not seen the church door in many years/months. To you, I say, remember the point at which you parted ways with your Lord. Avoid all kinds of excuses and return home now than later. Start by going on your knees daily. Heaven continue to wait for you. Why tally my dear friend!

4.Those for reasons best known to them, have decided to have nothing to do with Christianity. To you, I say, It's about time you examined your stand. Whether you like it or not, this world has got it's owner. If you don't like Him, too bad for you. On our part, We'll continue to pray that you connect with Him for that's all that counts to all living beings.

And so I wonder, which group to you belong to?

Just a thought.
