I concur with Mr. Orina in that even the so called champions of democracy like Raila and the entire Luo MPs with the exception of Hon. Tuju have failed to condemned this intended theft of the people's money. This is pure hypocracy. Why is Raila not rallying his troops to oppose this move, why is he silent, why can't he lead from the front, his usual style? Why did he not marshall his troops to defeat the media bill, which was passed only by 27 MPs out of 222? This is rediculous. These politician are taking us for granted, we must support what Mr. Orina is doing by providing checks and balances.

I was in Kenya recently and would you believe it, Millions of CDF money allocated for Bondo (where I come from) and Alego-usonga constituencies was returned to the treasury as unspent money. While Oburu and Weya respectively have control of the CDF kit. This is beyond embarassment given the fact that Luoland is one of the poorest areas in Kenya today with schools and dispensaries in appalling state. What kind of leaders are these, putting into account the state of our public facilities? SHAME ON THESE LEADERS. THEY SHOULD BE VOTED OUT.
