Criteria for constituencies spilt

While agreeing with Onyango Jamaseno, I would like to add that Kenyans need to start holding these do nothing good for nothing politicians accountable for these kind of irrational changes.

Kenya does not need more than 150 MPs period. How about Kenyans demanding that the President takes a paycut down to Kshs. 200000 per month and then the rest of those greedy MPs and civil servants like Muthaura, Ringera etc follow suite?
