I am not holding brief for anybody, but if you set up a trap for me, can I be blamed for not jumping into the trap?

I bet not. So Raila and his team have no business defending what Kibaki and his team initiated.

As for the media bill, I concur. Why make noise when you had all the time to defeat the same in parliament.

As for the CDF money that was returned, it is the highest degree of opportunism for our MPs. There is alot to be done in the constituencies that I sympathize with any MP returning such money for want of development.

For such MPs, they have to square it out with their electorates. And that must be done within the next four months.
