The people you have given examples of went chest thumping to their
colleagues supporters. They hence deserved the kind of treatment meted

Raila went for a funeral, and just walked into what he thought
was an hotel, so that they could have some lunch.
If anything, he had talked real well of Kibaki at the funeral.
He never abused anybody, and never boasted to anybody as your examples
often do.
Your inferences are hence not factual and must not be the kind
of barometer to base an argument.
