I Have been saddened by the fact that one of the URIRI aspirants is a known village rapist. In 1985 as he planned to join University, him together with his brothers raped a girl known as Khadija. He disappeared for two months to let things cool off.

The same man has various police records involving violent slashing people with pangas over land disputes. At the moment he has grabbed land that previously was sold by his father to raise school fees for him. One of the many victims is a late MP for Migori whose family lives in USA. He took advantage of their absence to take their land. He has various court cases

At some point he represented farmers for two years of which his achievement was to buy an old car for the first time , and build himself a house.

His main business carried through the name of the wife -because he is a civil servant ., is to buy ready sugarcane at throw away prices and sell to SONY Sugar.

Is this the MP we need?
