The writer of this article or the purpoted Joseph Obiero has underestimated Raila's intelligent if he expected Raila to have spent time with him for such a conversation. He is also playing truent with the intelligent of the readers of the African press especially when he expects them to believe that Raila said and I quote "do not be surprised if you find that the likes of William Ruto find themselves behind bars after the elections ". The propaganda is lacking sophistication and leaves the agenda unhidden. No wonder the author has hidden behind Obiero's name if indeed Obiero didn't write it. All I can say is that the PANU, NARCK, ODMK, DP or whatever their groups names are as of last night should employ trained propagandist. We have some available for pay but they would not do it at the expense of change in Kenyan democracy and development that so far only Raila has the capacity and the courage to deliver.
