RE:KASIPUL-KABONDO PARLIAMENTARY RACE INTENSIFIES By ( Rodgers newborn, Oyugis)

I am a constituent of kasipul kabondo in the diaspora and I read with great interest the article posted a few days ago by Rodgers Newborn on the mood in kasipul kabondo.

I noted in his article that 20 contestants majority of whom are elites and professionals have declared their interest in the seat. He mentioned that in his view Dr Otieno Mbare has a headstart but stopped short of mentioning few contributions to the community and the country that make Dr Otieno stand out and he give a head start.

This forum is very helpful and should continue to enable the luo diaspora brainstorm the policies of future leaders in the province and help shape the opinion on the ground.

To date, I have come across only one candidate's (Prof Muga) manifesto and policies for the constituency on www.mugaforkasipulkabondo.com

He has struck me as an accomplished and devoted public servant with unquestionable integrity and tangible contributions at both the national and constituency levels.

It would be helpful if I can compare Prof Muga's profile with that of Dr Otieno Mbare and other contestants in future articles.
