The misinformation KBC did aside, I am one of those who remained loyal to KBC English service, even at the onset of FM stations. True, I listened also to FM stations, more so easy and capital FM, but when it comes to slow and sentimental music, KBC English service is the place to be. Their shows Mid-day melodies, Sundowner and late Date are/were my favourites.

There you could listen to sounds of late Julio Iglesias- father of Enriqe iglesia( My Love, Love is on our side), Peter Cetera ( Glory of Love), Luther Vandross( Dance with My Father), Elton John ( Can You Feel The Love Tonight), Chris Deburg ( Lady in red), Paebo Bryson/Celin Dion ( Beauty and The Beast), James Ingram( The Day I fall in Love) e.t.c.

One of my favourites by late Julio Iglesias is " Love is on our side Again." This song is the more emotional for me coz it was one of the last tracks played when I was with my girlfriend before I left. It goes like this:
