Kenya needs a bold leader, which even you have recognized of the from the man you criticize over here. A bold person is the one who points out the injustices done to the weak, be it polical, social or economic injustices

Who would like to be left out of a team? If he is a team player then why complain? He simply said "Kibaki tosha" and was elected. Who else could have said that then and get full following other than him? Kalonzo, Saitoti, Wamalawa, Ngilu, and all those who deftected from KANU just before 2002 could have said that, but may be it could have not have great impact hence they all settled on him to do so.

He is a liberator- I do not know who he has liberated,

Through him and other like minded belivers in democracy like Matiba, Shikuku, Rubia, etc, they liberated us by ensuring democracy was restored through reintroduction of multiparty politics. You may not see whom he has liberated since the war of liberation is still on. He won round one of the battle during 2005 referendum.

Not really – he has never called or imposed himself upon people to attend hios meetings or rallies. People do all these at their own conviction

No man can succeed in propaganda. The Germans during the world wars had even Ministry of Propaganda, and they were defeated. With propaganda you cannot be a populist.

Jaramogi was an African statesman who said "No Uhuru without Kenyatta." Raila is his son who said "Kibaki Tosha". By extension, "Every black man is an African and would trace his roots back to Africa" – Marcus Garvey. So do you want to say that he is a European? No! An Asian? No. He is an African from Africa, son of Africa by virtue of fact that his father was an African, and his descent is African.

By arguing that the man was detained/arrested due to organizing the 1982 coup lets look at these comparisons:

Jomo Kenyatta was detained for being pro Maumau, which also led to the death of several innocent Kenyans, yet he led Kenyans later. Can we say he was not fit to lead because he had been arrested? You argued that Kenyatta was fighting an unelected but self imposed government on the people, do you want to say that the blood which was shed during that era was green in color? Oh no – it was red!
