Is Kibaki competent enough?

I have been following Kibaki on his campaign trail andI'm worried about the president. He appears unable towalk strongly and most of the time talks incoherently.Did you notice how he talked and walked while inKajiando and at the Coast?One is left questioning president's ability to serveour country. Has he been in control of government? Tome, our president seems to be oblivious of what'shappening in Kenya. He blames Raila of having donenothing in the government hence projecting himself asone unaware that Raila and most of those in ODM nowwere long fired from his government. The question is:Did he fire them?

President's behavior and talkportray him as one man who is not in control of thegovernment. May be Lucy is. Well, how about Mt KenyaMafia? Kenyans, who is in control of governementaffairs in Kenya?! The more Kibaki camaigns the more he exposes himselfto Kenyans as either very disorganized or demented.How then should anyone entrust their vote to such aperson? Kibaki is no more. The Mt Kenya machine is aware of itand it's unhappy, disorgaized and lamenting.
