Your Comments on majimbo

From: Webtouch Cyber

I just read your comments on majimbo saying that it will gurantee efficient delivery of services. you even gave an example of the US

i'm actually glad u singled out US.If u have checked them out u will learn that each state has its own laws, taxes defined according to how they can best develop and protect their own interests. A good example is what happened to the head of latter day saints in Utah who was arrested for allowingchildren to be married underage. The difference is In Utah state its legal to do that. He tried to do that in another state which prohibited that. The key issue is each state is allowed any law deemed neceessary to foster development or social including religious needs of the citizens in that state. u can only imagine what will happen in Kenya if majimboism takes efect in kenya. North eastern province will have their own set laws different from Nairobi or central or Nyanza. The can decide to implement sheria laws in their own state just like whats happening in nigeria. KENYA CANT BE READY FOR THIS SYSTEM.

ODM Should define majimboism to kenyans Because we all know what it is Stop giving it another name like devolution
