POWER CORRUPTS AND ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY

When he abrogated the MOU signed between political parties that put him in State House in 2002, he said that those were secret agreements that were agreed upon in hotels behind the back of Kenyans. He sort the legitimacy of trashing the MOU on the supremacy of the sovereign people of Kenya.

Those who live by the sword die by the sword. It is never possible to sustain a lie. Kibaki was playing with the intelligence of Kenyans when he used Kenyans as an excuse to abrogate the MOU that he signed with the people's representatives in 2002.

Mwai Kibaki, the leader of opposition in Parliament, stood and faced the mace, the symbol of authority of the People of Kenya, in 1997 in support of the IPPG Agreement that gave his Democratic Party 3 slots in the Electoral Commission of Kenya.

After 10 years from then, and when he is the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya, Kibaki went against his own words that he spoke in 1997 in support of the IPPG Agreement when facing the Mace and by extension the sovereign people of the Republic of Kenya.

What was a binding agreement in 1997 is today a gentleman's agreement that has no basis in law. That is Kibaki the chameleon. A person that you can only trust at your own self destruction. The good news however, is that Kenyans have woken up from the deep slumber of Kenyatta's and Moi's era. Kenyans are alert and aware that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Compare and contrast Kibaki, the son of Othaya, in 1997 and today. Details in the video in the following site:
