LAST MINUTE RUSH FOR KASIPUL-KABONDO PARLIAMENTARY SEAT.

As the last whistle has been blown by the Eck chairman for party nominations all scheduled for friday 16.11.2007,the candidates in kasipul-kabondo are doing all the necessary arrangement to see them pass through nominations.

Unlike before, this time round its going to be hard with a seat that has attracted almost 18 contestants with 70% elites.

I would like to urge the youths to turn up in large numbers for this electoral process to make a day a success.as it is known that the contituency is the bedrock of luo nyanza politics and kenya as a whole.Youths should be wary of the leaders who saduce them with money but has got no development agenda.

In the past most politicians have been using youths to wedge war against other camps then they get lost but eventually youths kill or injure themselves.At this point therefore i would like to urge the ECK to keep vigil at the candidates who will take part in any electoral offence and deal with them scathingly,without fear or favour.

The constituents should also scrutinise these candidates keenly and should explain to the public court what agenda they have for the constituency,kenya and the party.they should not go round promising heavens and they have done nothing,noting that most of them served in big offices as govrnment officials or non governmental organisations but did nothing during their tenure in such offices.

I would personally as youth fighting for change would like to take issue with the outgoing MP hon.Paddy Ahenda to explain to the public domain how he distributed the CDF,whether it was equitable or with favouritism.but all candidates should know that this time there is no sympathy votes but whoever will be nominated will have achieved it through his development platform.otherwise lets all have a peaceful nominations.
