These are the Maths for the election by Province registered votes against counted:
Registered Votes Already Counted Leader
1. Rift Valley 3.5M 3.1M Raila
2. Coast 1.17M 1.1M Raila
3. NEP 3.5K 300K Kibaki (close range)
4. NRB 1.2M 1.2M Kibaki
5. East 2.3M 2.2M Kibaki
6. Central 2.1M 2.3M Kibaki
7. Nyanza 2.0M 1.8M Raila
8. Western 1.5M 1.4M Raila
NOTE: Currently Raila is a head with 3.8M while Kibaki has 3.4M with less than 25 from Central, Kisii, Turkana, Coast and part of RV constituencies to go. The other problem on the ground is that people are demanding ECK to summarize and tally the results.

Could you also comment on the delay in announcing various poll results? There's been severall hours strange silence during which time, the Kibaki figures have suddenly almost caught up with Raila (From a difference of 1 million to 200,000) What's going on?
