Can someone tell us why Mzee Kibaki cut short his campaign in Nyanza after dishing out districts in Kisii and Kuria (after being heckled).
 
Does it mean that the only thing he does in the campaign trail is dishing out districts?
 
Did he run out of districts to dish out to other parts of Nyanza such that he had to change his plan?
 
When is he plannig to come back to Nyanza as some of us were truely keen to learn of the facts behind his slogan of Kazi iendelee.
