Folks,

A text message I received today states that Kisumu right now is on fire. This confirms the under mentioned facts. Are we going to sit and watch or something is going to be done to stop this madness from accross the world? Why has Mungiki been given a BLANK CHECK to kill as they please in a Sovereign So Called Kenya and the WORLD SITS AND WATCH.

Yes Kofi Anan is in Kenya under African Union mediation, Kibaki is acting differently from options tabled to mediation dialogue, what is left of Kenyans? Kibaki is doing his planned thing with Mungiki (GENOCIDE), people see them, complain, and nothing is being done about it and has defied all mediation proposals. Is this the way Kibaki calls himself the elected sworn in leader President? What is he doing as HE CALLS HIMSELF the president of Kenya in situations like this? What steps has he taken to stop this killing madness? Others are seen to want to dialogue but Kibaki has put wrong cards on the table to hinder DIALOGUE proceedings while he/Kibaki has his marcinery killing people. Kibaki has prorogued parliament before the business of the office was completed e.g. that of swearing in the Members of Parliament. So can he be a legitimate member of parliament sworn in alone ranger to design policies without the rest of legislatures. Is this consitutional? If not, can Parliament convene with immediate effect to complete urgent businesses and take matters of serious consequence like these hooliganism/killings?

If Kibaki cannot call the meeting can the speaker do that? Kenyan constitution provides for a Government with an existing Parliament, if there is existing parliament (business not complete) and there is no fanctional Government what next? Can someone throw some light here? this looks like Kibaki has taken the country HOSTAGE. Can people see this? How can people react? Is there the Armed Forces that has been bestowed to watch over the security of Kenyans? Things have fallen apart can someone throw some light? If someone behaves like abnormal, meaning he is insane and cannot reason and has lost control of reasoning what next? Can he continue to be mandated to be a President?

This calls for the WORLD to ACT? Do the world wait until the whole Ethnics other than GEMA/KIKUYU is wiped out?
