Sir, I appreciate the pain you may have.

On the point about Luos being close to Lake Victoria and not benefiting from the Lake, I think you should also note that no one has stopped any Luo with money like Raila and the like, from building a fish factory there. The fish factory in Thika, if you checked, is private biz and you can't tell a Kenyan where to invest.

And by the way, why should anyone sane enough invest in Kisumu anyway? What with destruction when people think things are not favouring them? 

I may not make much sense, but think about it.
