STATE EXECUTIONS

Kenya army moved in to calm the already charged political atmosphere triggered by the Kibaki stolen presidential election of 27th December 2007. Prior to their stated move it was reported that a top Kenyan businessman, a Mr. John Chris Kirubi, a university chansellor, CEO of the Daily Nation, and Uhuru Kenyatta had paid for and ferried guns for killing people in Nyanza, Western and the Rift Valley Provinces. Such reports could have been easily dismissed as rumours but in Kenya, since independence all rumours on political crimes seem to have held water, particularly where the governent was the suspect.Kenyan police seem to have ignored the rumour in order to facilitate the plan and so Naivasha and Nakutru bled.

Looking at the ALJAZEERA NEWS one was shocked to see Kenyan soldiers chasing nobody in particular and shooting on the ground or walls where there were in act nobody. They were acting in a way that insulted those people they had gleefully maimed or killed. To add insult to injury they were filmed actually peacefully escourting their 'friendly Mungiki killers' away from the scene in Naivasha and Nakuru where they had not only cut innocent people with machettes but also burnt over thirty of them to death in their houses.

Kibaki is blaming and punishing the victims of his electoral theft, maiming them and killing them; while at the same time fooling the world that his troops are keeping peace in the country. He is also talking of dialogue at a time when his closest associates are backrolling the Mungiki murderers. After a film of his police shooting and then kicking a small boy in Kisumu; killing him, he has not seen the need to address the nation on this issue, thus re-inforcing the fact that policeman carried out his orders to the letter, to shoot-to-kill non-Kikuyus, particularly the Luos, Luhyas and Kalenjins, After all his tribesman and police boss has expressed the fact that he enjoyed that killing just as though it was a scene in a movie.

It should be noted that no Luo killed Kikuyus in Nyanza province. Those who fled did so for fear of the reaction to votes theft by Kibaki. On the other hand deaths in Nyanza were inflicted on innocent citizens by police and paramiliatary forces. This fact the world has seen in the media.

If the RV land and land elsewhere was handed over unfairly to Kikuyus at independence by Jomo Kenyatta as a favour thus making innocent people landless victims why then is Kibaki and his police adding insult to injury by making them once more the victims of his electoral votes theft?

Kofi Annan should also urge the UN to investigate the crimes of Jomo Kenyatta, Moi and Kibaki against the innocent Kenyan people since independence. No peace will prevail in Kenya until the said investigations of Jomo Kenyatta, Mwai Kibaki and the Mount Kenya Mafia with regards to all injustices that have befallen Kenya since independence are carried out. Moi must be included in the investigations for obvious reasons, not to mention his pre-election marriage with Kibaki which has thrown Kenyans into bloodletting, neighbour against neigbour.

Kibaki is in office illegally therefore there should be a re-run of the presidential election. Power sharing with a person who releases an officially state-armed killer gang on innocent people in the country is not wise therefore nobody should share power with him.

If the army could be ordered by Kibaki to supervise the Mungiki killings in Naivasha and Nakuru last weekend then what good could be expected from this president, particularly if Raila was to share power with him?

It is sad the fact that history repeats itself and in this case it would not be saying too much that Kenya is on the brink of a genocide like the one that took place in Rwanda. It could be foolhardy to think that 30.000.000 Kenyans are going to accept to be mowed down by Mungiki and and Mount Kenya Mafia without any resistance.

It is my hope that Kibaki will see sense and resign and call a re-run of the presidential election. No sane politician is going to take any political petition to his GEMA chocked courts.

May God save the Kenyan nation.
