The wisdom of changing tactics!

Dear fellow Kenyans,

There are certain things in life that, when they have gone past a certain point, most definitely a need change of tactics. Maintaining the status quo even when there is clear evidence that the world thinks otherwise, places one in a very awkward situation.

If I were to advise all those involved in solving the stand off,I will urge them to make use of this opportunity as a safe haven of coming out of the hole they have buried themselves. Why do I say this?

  • Assuming the talks fail, and the present Govt continuous without any changes, the following in my opinion will be tough.
  • You don't want to be reminded whether rightly or not that you stole the elections.
  • It will be very challenging to rule some five million or so people who are against you.
  • The ministers will find it very challenging to implement anything.
  • The next 5 years will be hard to do a thing.

Due to the above, and for many other reasons, all need to humble themselves and find a lasting solution.

To continue acting tough may not be the best thing at this time in point.

Let us redeem the time and start the healing now or else it might be too little too late.

Well, as always, this is but, just a thought.

My heart and thoughts are with all Kenyans scattered everywhere.

Blessings to y'all!
