Kibaki is not looking for a peaceful solution

If you have been following this "Mr. Sworn In At Night" illegitimate Kenya president is not about a peaceful solution. Here is why:

1) He rigged the elections and stole the Presidency.

    a) Tallying was doctored in his favour and he approved.

    b) Kivuitu was “forced” to announce Kibaki President.

    c) He was hurriedly sworn in at night in a manner not consistent with a                  legitimate win.

    d) He set up a provocative cabinet. Did you catch the word provocative?

  • Musyoka for VP
  • Saitoti for internal security (this is the man who went to a polling station and “forced” his agenda on the people —He should have been arrested.)
  • Ongeri for Education
  • Karua for constitution – Remember her utterances before the elections?
  • Kimunya for – you guessed it. Remember his utterances just before the elections?
  • Muthaura for – you guessed it – the man with a fire spewing tongue.
  • Etc.

2) He did nothing to protect the innocent citizens but instead used the police to mercilessly kill many peace-loving Kenyans.

3) He sent mediators packing

    a) Sent Bishop Tutu packing

    b) Sent President Kufuor packing.

    c) Sent Ramaphosa packing

4) Said inflammatory statements:

    a) "Duly elected President"

    b) If you want to resolve this matter “go to court”

5) IGAD meeting against Annan’s advice

6) If this is proven to be true, Annan’s mediation room was bugged. Only Kibaki’s corrupt government can do such a thing. I may be wrong.

7) Kibaki’s insistence of being the fairly elected president. I remember the words of Sadam Hussein at his capture. “This is the president. Don’t shoot”.

8) Kibaki’s attitude of “Business as usual”. People have died, people have been maimed, property has been destroyed, and people have been displaced. It is not business as usual. NO, NO, NO. There is a problem that must be addressed with urgency.
