I want to appreciate Mr Chacha Odera for giving some legal insights into the appointment of the Speaker in an article I had done earlier.

I did circulate the same piece, and I would have invited the legal minds in these forums to shed some light into this matter.

Your silence on such issues is driving our country to the dogs.

I want to see clear legal arguments devoid of dishonesty. I want us to focus on our constitution, and confirm whether our Judges know the law.

Do our Judges pass judgemnt based on the law, or do they follow some other instructions as they pretend to dispense justice?
