Kenya: Taking Corruption war to the front for Logical Reasoning, Debate, consideration and concensus
Folks,
It is about time to taking Corruption war to the front for Logical Reasoning, Debate for
consideration and consensus before the world come to a screeching halt stuck in the mud.
We are able to succeed if we go by the Democracy of Legal Dispensation following tenets and applications in the book of Law.
The greatest challenge that the world must stand up together to face jointly head on is corruption and impunity.
These African Leaders in League with their super rich fellows are destroying the world because of selfishness while looking at only Three Things, namely:
1) Power 2) Money 3) Control
..........Without researching and caring on consequences, pros and cons or effects that would befall Human Generation of the World. When unscrupulous Ponzi Scheme and Hedge Funding is corruptly done for the sake of three itemized above, the whole world collapses because of the vacuum created on the wiping out of the Middle Class. Excessive Corruption is what wiped out the Middle Class through the charismatic CEOs...who go for exorbitant pay checks with no work done or future sustainable investment is put in place for expansion and growth.
Kenya and Africa must squarely make a commitment to change for the better and bring down this monster in the year 2011 in order to revolutionize and transform Africa for the better. Africa is the backbone of the world and it cannot afford to sit on the fence. It is a time to resolve to make Partnership between Africa and America realistic to fulfill its Agenda as contained in AGOA. We have two more years to go for the period set for AGOA to wind up. We must take the bull by the horn and make this case scenario a reality.
We have proved that Kenyan Leadership are preoccupied with endless conflicts busy bodies meant to cover our eyes, captivate our thinking and engage our mindset with cheap propaganda ideologies, locking and keeping us busy in the prison of the virtual world of Corruption and Impunity.
The Kenyan corrupt leaders and especially notably Finance Ministers drama, needs to be given a microscopic lens to digest activities that kept them busy at the World Bank and other African Development Banking institutions.
We have keenly observed drama bin drama how Kenyans have been driven into debts by these unscrupulous political dealer wheelers. Considering the recent last visit, where Uhuru, Professor Anyang Nyongo and others were accompanied by the Chinese Business for a Loan write-up at the World Bank. It is suspected that, there was no tangible value for money was transferred that affected the Chinese physical Account to own and occupy business in Kenya except that air was transferred into paper in their agreement to doing business with Kenya......this is our translation for offering "open blank check" to Chinese businessmen in Kenya for owning potential land, natural resources and the acquisition of minerals, Gold and Diamond.
What happened is, Uhuru transferred the Kenya Railways to a New Business holder and Lamu Port to Chinese using his Finance Docket position. The same was the scenario done earlier so to acquire Greater Luo Nyanza land after roads were constructed to the Central and fish Industries built in Thika and Nyeri, denying the Luo Nyanza indigenous opportunity for job while their fish were taken from them......These corrupt masters became busy in their usual Ponzi Schemes and Hedge Funding, where since Moi era, they traded in unrealistic business trend of supplying air for money worth......the reason for Kenyans being overtaxed, buying power falling overboard........
The Chinese slammed big money in billions to claim they owe Kenya money, which Kenya's money is what they use to build roads, Lamu Port and in buying Kenya Railways. World Bank also was seen to have released Malaria funding including HIV/AIDs. These funds too must be clearly investigated......since there are some shoddy dealings involved, where it is suspected and widely believed some money found their ways to finance Tea Party primary campaign in the USA.
All these must thoroughly be investigated for answers to unresolved mysteries and Uhuru must vacate office immediately while investigations are going on. The rest of Ocampo six must not be allowed to hold any public office until their case is determined.
Today Ivory Coast Laurent Gbagbo is staging resistance to relinquish power for the same reason. The reason he must be forced out of Office or be put under Siege by force. This is the only safety net to securing Peace and Democracy in Ivory Coast. The whole world must stand together to remove Laurent Gbagbo out of power in a short space of time without much ado. We have seen the reason for Coalition Government is to expand Corruption and Impunity and continue the stay of Status Quo in continued unscrupulous business, that of killing of the innocent and engaging in genocide to create fear and silence the public.
This is the reason the world is faced with catastrophic Economic Collapse. The reason there are no structures to balance Socio/Political and Economic factors to improve and drive the world forward, but are stuck in the mud destroying Middle-Class, which is the backbone of any strong economy and that of survival. This has given rise to hollow backward cheap thinking of relying on hand-outs from politicians, diverting logical thinking from facing reality and engaging wisdom to backwardness. This reality escaped greater minds of many because of captivating political propaganda, intimidation and threats. It is a sorry state of affair considering that the tactics that were applied destroyed the spirit, engulfed despair of the majority and left many without hope or will to save the world from sinking the powerful Nations from Grace.
This is the reason the enemy of Corruption and Impunity must be fought in all angles and must be defeated.
It is traumatizing that Africa is faced with Economic Strangulation and Captivity. We will not rest by engage the world in a Sustainable Forward Strategy of Development Plan of Action that are Self-Sustaining and Progressive, those that will create and provide pensionable jobs for Middle-Class with benefits, those that will open opportunities for Competitions to offer challenges for Africans in the Committee of World Experts and Professionals including active participation of fellowship in the G20. We will not allow to be short-changed and be replaced by short-term thinkers who are used by Politicians to destroy this beautiful world through corruption and impunity denying people of the world meaningful and affordable survival.

There are enough information including and linking these unscrupulous businessmen as far as Canada and the USA, in a concealment masquerading as business traders or NGO operatives, who pay Africans to kill themselves through buying Arms and the Creation of unwarranted Civil War, faked healthcare treatment of HIV/AIDs drugs that are subjected and imposing maneuvered deaths. The faked disbursed funds are earmarked for Malaria on targeted families who are certified for early death to vacate land for Agriculture for these unscrupulous businessmen. This team is headed by Museveni who is the point man in Africa. The other purchasing businessmen go for blood diamonds and Colta for Computer chip that the businessmen acquire by falshood through The Public Property Theft.
Ocampo and ICC Hague MUST follow the trail of money to catch up with these criminals. If this money will be stopped and proper organizational program is effected, then careless killings to poor Africans will stop. Africans will be then treated as Human beings and not animals paraded to slaughter house.

The problem is the rebels and/or governments who exploit diamonds (along with other natural resources) to achieve their illicit goals.
ICC Hague has the International mandate to investigate and try war crimes and genocide, Ocampo should begin to get serious with at least 29 Countries in order to pull dying Africans to safety. It is sad to note that 50,000 people have been killed because of blood money. This is criminal of humanity with violence and with intention to wipe out targeted community, The Endangered Species.
It is time to recover stollen money from Anglo Leasing, Goldenburg, Passat, Grand Regency and the likes. All money stolen and banked in overseas banking must be recovered. Kenya and Africa must begin to chart a new way of life, that of self-sufficiency and sustainability towards expansion and growth.
Kibaki and Raila must force Uhuru and others including Sam Ongeri out of Public Office immediately, and implement the New Constitution without wasting any more time, otherwise we will consider other options to have Interim Government in place to save ugly situation rendering its head in Kenya. We will monitor the speed of events and will take action as is necessary to curb any delay or dilly dallying.
We want to see all pending corrupt cases moving concurrantly and with speed to deliver the required actions taken against the corrupt.
Kamlesh Patni and his likes must begin to answer charges as is required by law. Salim Lone must be cleared to prove his trustworthyness and legitimacy from any corruption or suspecion before he gets too engrosed into public affairs.

A sickening graft in Kenya
IT IS PATHOLOGICAL
The article below, if it were even half true, is not only very sickening to read but it also tells what happens when a country is ruled by self-seeking parasitic thieves. The so-called lenders and donors who know this and still keep on feeding these parasites with more money, are just as guilty of encouraging this unspeakable crime committed against the poor people of Kenya. This evil habit can be cured if there was a punishment that fits the crime. You cannot cure a sickness whose cause you do not know. These thieves are not a bunch of poor people looking for something to eat. On the contrary, these idiots include some of the best paid people in the country They loot the poor for the fun of it and out of personal greed.
Kenya has no monopoly on parasitic thievery. It is a sickness found allover Africa and to a large scale in the so-called developed countries as well. Since this sickness is as common as HIV/AIDS, why not be ruthless about it? How about borrowing a leaf from former Liberian strongman, Samuel K. Doe and have these parasites arrested, given a quick trial in court and paraded stark naked in the streets of Nairobi to their terminal demise by firing squad at Moi Stadium? It is more economical to shoot a few criminals, no matter what position they have in a government than to watch millions of people die because of impunity of some bastards.Forget the stupidity of locking them up at Kamiti prison. That is no punishment befitting their crime. These thieves by their deliberate choice of action to rob the poor, have already committed murder towards the poor. Just be careful not to shoot the innocent. If that cannot stop this parasitic behavior, nothing will. The best way to clean a plate which has crease is to use hot water.
That is the only solution to this demeaning impunity.
